(soaked in hot sauce, dredged lightly in flour, then pan-fried – trying to be healthy about it; served with ranch to dip it in)

Simple Cole Slaw
(I’m going to wing it starting from this basic recipe – cabbage, carrot, onion with a dijon vinaigrette)

and some frozen veggie – probably corn (still working on Operation Make Room In The Freezer)
