so i found this recipe in an old recipe collection book from my grandmother’s church
it’s called upside-down pizza

basically you cook ground beef with italian seasonings and chopped onions, bake it in the bottom of a baking dish with cheese on top, then pour a “batter” over the top and bake it for even longer – the top bubbles up and really looks like a pizza crust! it’s crazy!

I want to try it again but with a different “filling”
