last night i drank a whole bottle of wine by myself and i still fell within my calorie range!

oh yeah and I got to eat a hamburger AND a hot dog at a friend’s cookout/party!

So this whole fruit for breakfast, veggies/salad for lunch, and then reasonable dinner works out pretty good! and there’s no way i could have pulled this off if I had been eating cheese or other dairy!

(and yes drinking the entire bottle of wine was ABSOLUTELY necessary!)
